He reached out to us once we were ready to move forward with putting the house on the market. He asked lots of questions prior to meeting us in person and was well prepared once he did come to see the property. He definitely put his all into making sure everything was wrapped up and stayed on the timeline we set. His marketing was also something we felt would help us in selling the house quickly. He had posters, online marketing, analytics, virtual staging, signs and pictures in the house highlighting new/updated features. Also the actual staging that was done in the house elevated the space and I felt as if I was in a completely different home.
